University of the Potomac-Washington DC Campus enrolls 72 undergrads

At University of the Potomac-Washington DC Campus, 76 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 50 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.


At University of the Potomac-Washington DC Campus, 76 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 50 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private for-profit institution in Washington enrolled 90 students in fall 2017, including 72 in undergraduate and 18 in graduate programs, data shows. 4.2 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

41 percent of undergraduates are residents of District of Columbia, and 53 percent are residents of other states. 6 percent are citizens of foreign countries.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as Black or African American (63 percent) and white (21 percent).
