In 1992, he moved to Arizona to expand his knowledge in the field. He founded Diversified Partners in 1996 as a full-service commercial real estate brokerage company.

The second keynote speaker is Kate Gallego, the mayor of Phoenix since 2019. Mayor Gallego received her undergraduate’s degree from Harvard and her MBA from the University of Pennsylvania.
